1. Boiling incineration: the air is evenly sent to the furnace through the air distributor at an appropriate flow rate to blow up the coal particles and burn them in a boiling (fluidized bed) state on the fire bed. Due to the strong relative movement between the coal particles and the air and the long residence time in the fluidized bed, the incineration is greatly strengthened. A heating surface (i.e. buried pipe) is often arranged in the fluidized bed, and the burned ash flows out from the overflow port. For low-quality fuels that cannot be burned on other incineration equipment (such as coal, stone coal, oil shale, etc.), stable fuels can be obtained in the fluidized bed.

2、火室焚燒：燃料以粉狀(煤)、霧狀(油)、氣態(氣)伴隨空氣噴入爐膛進行懸浮焚燒，其設備成為室焚燒或懸燃爐。燃料的焚燒反響麵積大，與空氣混合良好，能夠采用較小的過量空氣係數，焚燒功率比火床焚燒高。

2. Fire chamber incineration: the fuel is injected into the furnace in powder (coal), mist (oil) and gaseous (gas) with air for suspension incineration, and its equipment becomes chamber incineration or suspension combustion furnace. The combustion reaction area of fuel is large, well mixed with air, small excess air coefficient can be adopted, and the incineration power is higher than that of fire bed incineration.

采用膜式水冷壁的燃油、燃氣爐常為微正壓焚燒，適宜於低氧焚燒，可下降煙氣中SOx含量，減輕低溫腐蝕，減少大氣汙染，不需引風機，隻需較高壓頭的送風機，要求爐膛嚴格密封。燃氣鍋爐火室焚燒的使用範圍主要用於部分工業鍋爐，電站鍋爐普遍采用這種焚燒方法。液態排渣爐的焚燒器區域溫度可達1600攝氏度到1700攝氏度，

3、火床焚燒：燃料被層鋪在爐排上、空氣經爐排縫隙穿過燃料層進入爐膛，大部分燃料在爐排上進行層式焚燒，小部分細粒和從燃料層中分出的可燃氣體在燃料層上部的空間進行焚燒，其設備成為火床爐，層燃爐或爐排爐。不需製粉設備，係統見到你，但遭到爐排結構尺寸的控製。使用範圍：用於燃氣鍋爐容量小於或等於35的工業鍋爐和小型電站鍋爐。

3. Fire bed incineration: the fuel is laid on the grate, and the air enters the furnace through the fuel layer through the grate gap. Most of the fuel is burned layer by layer on the grate, and a small part of fine particles and combustible gas separated from the fuel layer are burned in the space above the fuel layer. Its equipment becomes fire bed furnace, layer combustion furnace or grate furnace. Without pulverizing equipment, the system sees you, but it is controlled by the grate structure size. Scope of application: for industrial boilers and small utility boilers with gas boiler capacity less than or equal to 35.

4、旋風焚燒：它的特點是燃料氣流切向或軸向進入旋風筒內，如：細煤、粗粉。高度的二次風切向進入旋風筒內形成強烈的旋轉氣流，攜帶燃料顆粒旋轉行進，大部分大顆粒被甩向筒壁熔渣膜上焚燒，小部分細分在筒內懸浮焚燒，液態渣從拍渣口流出，高溫煙氣進入燃盡——冷卻爐膛進一步燃盡和冷卻。燃料與空氣的相對速度大大進步，強化了焚燒。

4. Cyclone incineration: it is characterized by the tangential or axial flow of fuel gas into the cyclone, such as fine coal and coarse powder. The high secondary air enters the cyclone tangentially to form a strong rotating air flow and carries the fuel particles to rotate. Most of the large particles are thrown onto the slag film on the cylinder wall for incineration, and a small part is subdivided into suspension incineration in the cylinder. The liquid slag flows out from the slag tapping port, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the burnout cooling furnace for further burnout and cooling. The relative speed of fuel and air has been greatly improved and incineration has been strengthened.
