The chemical stability of the filter material in acidic, alkaline and neutral solutions shall be tested. After soaking for 24 hours, it shall be filled. Strict standards shall be met. For example, the increase of total solid content shall not exceed 20mg / L and the increase of oxygen consumption shall not exceed 10mg / L.

2、過濾器在裝料後應按流速5-8米/小時觀察出入口壓差，濾料在裝入設備之前一定要仔細的檢查清洗，水流是由下往上衝洗的，髒水應由上部排汙口排出。

3、轉料衝洗要使出水澄清，這樣才能投入運行，同時還要觀察出水是否澄清，如果是澄清的水即可以作為正常的出水，每個小時要觀察一次出水，如果發現水質達不到要求，需要立即停止，進行反洗。

4、反洗的時候先要關閉進水閘，打開排汙閘，將水麵降視鏡管的地位，這時關閉排汙閘，打開壓縮空氣閘及排空閘，將空氣壓縮底部，將濾層鬆動3-5分鍾，氣體從排空閥排出。然後再慢慢打開反洗進水閘，水將從底部流入，直到空氣閘向外溢水時，立刻關閉空氣閘，打開排汙閘，水在上部排出，流量逐漸增加，保證一定的反洗度。

4. During backwashing, first close the water inlet gate and open the blowdown gate to lower the water surface to the position of the mirror tube. At this time, close the blowdown gate, open the compressed air gate and emptying gate, compress the air to the bottom, loosen the filter layer for 3-5 minutes, and discharge the gas from the emptying valve. Then slowly open the backwash inlet gate, and the water will flow in from the bottom until the air gate overflows. Immediately close the air gate and open the blowdown gate. The water will be discharged from the upper part, and the flow will gradually increase to ensure a certain backwash degree.

5.清洗時，必須打開進水和排水門。水從上到下衝洗。清洗流速為每小時5米，清洗時間為5-10分鍾。如果出水為透明，則把排汙閘關閉，打開出水閘門開始正常運行。
