    電采暖爐噪音大的方法有哪些?

    1、提高風機裝配的精 確度

    選用低噪聲的傳動裝置,采用合適的葉輪形狀和降低葉輪轉速均可減少運轉時噪聲,特別是大容量燃氣電采暖爐,安裝時沒有緩衝墊運行時產生的機械噪聲及由於風機裝配精度不高、機組運轉時不平衡的產生的衝擊噪聲與磨擦噪聲高強度地從進氣口、排氣口、管道、調節閥、機殼以及傳動機械等各部位輻射出來,引發高頻尖叫聲。

    燃氣從噴嘴高速射流出來,與四周靜止的空氣之間產生強烈的擾動與動量、質量交換而形成噪聲。試驗得知,合理設計噴射口距離,防止射流相互幹擾使射流起始段的特性發生變化,可以有效減少燃燒噪聲。設應采用多孔噴嘴,降低燃氣的壓力和噴嘴的出口流速,不僅可減少射流噪聲,而且還可降低燃燒噪聲。

    噴嘴流出的燃氣向相對靜止的氣體中擴散時,氣流方向和流束截麵突然變化,會引起很大的噪聲。噴嘴有毛刺或孔口粗糙不圓時,氣流經噴嘴收縮便產生偏位噪聲。燃氣壓力越高,偏位噪聲越大。所以,設噴嘴的徑長比一般取1∽2、噴嘴收縮角取60度方為合適,加工時保證加工精度及光潔度,將可大大減少產生噪聲。

    從燃氣比例控製閥出口到噴嘴前的氣路應園角過渡,保證氣流通暢,不會引起燃氣比例控製閥內的平衡組件振動,引發氣流擾動從而產生噪聲。另外,燃氣比例控製閥上蓋的阻尼孔是用來調節空氣量,除了保證閥門起到降壓和穩壓作用外,還起到降低和控製噪聲傳播的作用,因此在使用過程中不能受堵塞。

    引射器工作時,如果混合管粗糙或有毛刺,氣流通過時將產生噪聲。另外,裝配噴嘴時,其出口截麵到引射器的喉部應有一定的距離且噴嘴線與混合管線應一致,否則將導致偏移或交角過大,這樣不利於一次空氣的吸入也會產生噪聲。
