其實，大力強製關閉燃煤鍋爐的同時，要為中小型企業著想，把基礎給做好，做到位，把天然氣管道給鋪設到位，然後物價部門再把燃氣的費用適當的降低點來減輕天然氣鍋爐用戶的負擔。這才是治理大氣汙染的選擇，才是遏製霧霾的主要措施而非強製性關閉燃煤鍋爐的運行。
