(1)鍋爐房一般應獨自設置，但不得設置在人口稠密的區域(或毗連)。鍋爐房應為、二級防火修建。鍋爐房不能燃煤，總額外蒸騰量不超越每小時4噸，可選用三級防火修建，但應留心其煙囪和屋頂可燃結構。它們之間的間隔不該小於50厘米。

(1) The environment-friendly boiler room should be set up alone, but not in densely populated areas (or adjacent). The boiler room shall be built for class II and class II fire protection. The boiler room can't burn coal, and the total transpiration is not more than 4 tons per hour. (2)應在主樓的順風或側風方向挑選鍋爐房。依據《修製造計防火規範》的有關規矩，能夠承認與周圍易燃的、風險修建以及鍋爐房和煤堆，鍋爐房和油(氣)罐等的防火間隔間隔。

(3) The environment-friendly boiler room is a light-weight house with no more than 120 kg per roof. When the boiler room is installed in multiple floors, there should be at least one exit on each side of each floor, and there should be a safe evacuation staircase to reach the operation point of each floor. The door leading to the outside of the boiler room should be opened outwards, the door of the working room or living room should lead to the inside of the boiler, and all the entrances, exits and passages should be clear. However, the pressure control room adjacent to the boiler room should be separated by a firewall, and its doors and windows should be opened outwards instead of directly leading to the boiler room.

(4)應恰當挑選渣場的方位，並製造圍牆。在鍋爐房25米規劃內不得製造易燃結構或堆積易燃資料。

(5)鍋爐房的電源線應選用金屬外殼或電纜接線，不得沿熱載體外表敷設或經過煤場下方。禁止在室內堆積可燃資料。
